Job Summary: The PCB Field Application Engineer (FAE) provides expert technical support for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, development, and troubleshooting in the field. This role involves working closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and performance of PCB products and solutions. The PCB FAE will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, support sales efforts, and contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support and Troubleshooting: - Offer on-site technical support for PCB design and manufacturing issues. - Diagnose and resolve PCB-related problems, including signal integrity, thermal management, and layout concerns. - Act as a technical liaison between the company and its clients to address complex PCB queries. 2. Technical Consultation: - Collaborate with customers to understand their PCB requirements and project specifications. - Provide expert advice on PCB design, materials, and manufacturing processes. - Assist customers with optimizing PCB designs for performance and manufacturability. 3. Product Implementation and Integration: - Support the installation and integration of PCB products within customer systems. - Ensure that PCBs meet customer specifications and operational requirements. - Guide customers through PCB prototyping and validation processes. 4. Training and Education: - Develop and deliver training sessions on PCB design principles, best practices, and the company’s products. - Create educational materials and documentation to aid customers in understanding and utilizing PCB solutions. 5. Feedback and Improvement: - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for PCB product enhancement. - Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to relay insights and contribute to design improvements. 6. Sales Support: - Assist the sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male or Female
Bachelor's degree or higher in electronic, Mechanical or Related field.
5 years of experience in PCB design, application engineering, or a related field.
Experience with PCB design tools and software such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of PCB design principles, fabrication processes, and manufacturing technologies
Technical Skills: Proficiency in signal integrity analysis, thermal management, and component selection
Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for PCB design and manufacturing
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Soft Skills: Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently as needed
