We are seeking a dedicated Resort Manager to lead and manage the eco-resort’s operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding sustainability standards, and achieving financial goals. The Resort Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a collaborative and motivated team, and position the resort as a premier destination for eco-tourism and cultural immersion. Our Jungle House is an exclusive 19-room eco resort nestled in the untouched landscapes of Khao Sok National Park in Thailand. The resort offers guests an immersive experience combining bungalows and tree-houses with nature-based activities and sustainable practices. More details on the resort can be found at www.khaosokaccommodation.com Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: •Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team to ensure high standards of customer service. •Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect. •Implement staff training programs focusing on hospitality excellence and eco-friendly practices. Operational Oversight: •Take a hands-on approach to all resort operations, including accommodations, dining, and guest services. •Ensure the maintenance and improvement of rooms and facilities, preserving eco-friendly standards. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven leadership experience in hospitality management, preferably in eco-resorts, boutique hotels, or rural settings in Thailand
Background in eco-tourism or resort management is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
Competency in marketing strategies and social media engagement.
