We are seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team for two eco-resorts in Khao Sok with a focus on maximizing yield and optimizing the communication process. This position reports to the Resort Managers and Owner. The resorts - Our Jungle Camp and Our Jungle House - each feature 19 rooms nestled in the forests of Khao Sok National Park in Thailand. The resorts offer guests an immersive experience combining bungalows and tree-houses with nature- based activities and sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities •Maximize efficiency of reservations staff and coordinate the management of all reservation channels – direct bookings, OTAs, wholesale partners, and social media. •Implement dynamic pricing and room allotments to different client channels that maximize yield and occupancy. •Achieve a level of service quality that exceeds client expectations, as evidenced by positive guest feedback. •Promote tour packages and unique activities along with rooms and transfers. •Lead communication with wholesale partners (travel agents, DMCs, etc.). คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A proven track record of effective communications within the tourism industry.
Team management skills to oversee a remote workforce of 3-4 staff.
Knowledge of hotel property management and channel management systems (preferably with Beds24).
