•Maintain and update an Applicant Tracking System with candidate information and interview outcomes.
•Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
•Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.
•Assist in the negotiation of job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
•Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and suggest process improvements.
•Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other activities to attract potential candidates.
•Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
