Administrative Operations & Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks to support various business units.
- Help maintain company premises by supporting housekeeping and facility management activities.
- Provide logistical support for company events and meetings, including preparation and coordination.
- Support internal teams with basic administrative needs and ad hoc requests.
Procurement & Asset Management
- Assist in tracking office supplies and processing procurement requests.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and asset management databases.
- Provide support for office renovations or small-scale project setups as required.
Document & Data Management
- Assist in organizing and maintaining company documents and records.
- Update administrative data and reports to ensure accuracy.
- Help with budget tracking and reporting for administrative functions.
Special Initiatives
- Support the daily operations of the Learn Cup coffee café.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by General Affairs team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field (experience in extracurricular activities in university is preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in the Education Technology industry.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and a focus on solutions rather than obstacles
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Request an internship for at least 3 months in Year 2025
