5 Assist employees with any visa or work permit-related queries and provide support with renewals, extensions, or changes in status as per the company policies
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations at all times, including staying updated on any changes in legislation. Stay updated on immigration policies and regulations to provide guidance to management and expatriate employees.
7. Update the management and foreign employees on visa and work permit processes, requirements, and timelines.
8. Manage the communication process between the company, government authorities, and external legal agencies regarding visa and work permit issues.
9. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for international employees, including visa and work permit coordination and provide orientation sessions for new expatriate hires regarding visa, work permits, and local labor regulations
10. Provide the reports to the HR Manager or Department head and maintain accurate records for audits and internal reviews.
