- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all manufacturing processes to meet production targets and deadlines. - Ensure production schedules are optimized for efficiency while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. - Monitor and adjust resources to address fluctuations in production demands. - Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. - Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications. - Develop, implement, and manage the factory’s budget to optimize costs without compromising quality or efficiency. - Monitor and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives. - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing production team (50-80 team members), including equipment operators, assemblers, and supervisors. - Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning among staff. - Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching to team members. - Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on safety protocols and procedures. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to mitigate workplace hazards. - Coordinate with other departments, including Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, clients, and stakeholders regarding production and operational issues. - Communicate operational updates and performance metrics to senior management. - Prepare and present detailed production reports, including KPIs, for review by senior leadership. - Use data-driven analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in factory performance.
