Key Responsibilities:
-Respond quickly to customer inquiries and resolve issues across various channels.
-Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to customers and partners.
-Collaborate with internal teams to address complex cases.
-Analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
-Maintain a strong understanding of services for comprehensive support.
-Working Hour Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00 (Able to work on some Saturday)
