รายละเอียดงาน• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as customs authorities, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Prepare and verify import and export documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and import/export licenses.
• Manage and resolve issues arising in the import and export processes.
• Analyze and improve and export processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Prepare reports summarizing the performance of the import and export department.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
• Stay updated on news and developments regarding import and export laws and regulations.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment within the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Have working experience about import & export at least 3 years from any field.
- Advance conversation low level in English (for internal, report and email)
- Able to communicate in Chinese (No need HSK)
- Detail-oriented, honest and responsible.
