รายละเอียดงานWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing and communication efforts across Malaysia,Singapore and Thailand.This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, fostering engagement and supporting business growth through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies tailored to each region.As a key member of our leadership team the Marketing Manager will ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with the organization’s overarching business goals, while maintaining a compepitive edge in each market.The role will involve strategic planning, brand management,and hands-on execution of marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and market presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilites
1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.
-Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, regional trends, and competitive positoning.
-Translate business insights into actionable,regionspecific marketing initiatives.
2.Brand Management
-Develop and maintain a strong,cohesive brand identity across all channels and markets.
-Lead the creation of corporate assets, such as websites presentations and other marketng materials.
-Monitor and manage brand reputation.
-Positon the brand uniquely to differentiate it from competitors in each country.
3. Marketng and Communications Leadership
-Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns,including: Advertsing,Public relations,Social media marketing,Content creation,Email campaigns,Event planning and management
-Create and manage a suite of marketing materials, including brochures, technical documents,
and product specificatons.
-Opmize resource allocaton within the marketing budget to maximize impact and ROI.
