Description:
We are seeking a young experienced Indian Chef (under the age of 30 years) with expertise in South Indian, Bombay, and Tandoor cuisine to join our team in Sattahip, Chonburi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for authentic Indian flavors and a strong background in traditional cooking methods. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian, Bombay, and Tandoor dishes, including naan, kebabs, dosas, idlis, and regional curries.
•Create menu items that showcase the rich flavors of Indian cuisine.
•Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
•Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
•Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.
