3.Prepare and maintain documentation related to the recruitment process.
4.Conduct orientation for new employees.
5.Coordinate with government agencies and plan training programs for both internal and external employees according to the plan.
6.Submit documents to the Department of Skill Development.
7.Coordinate training programs between different departments.
8.Develop the annual Training Road Map and Skill Matrix for each department, organizing training according to the plan.
9.Perform other tasks as assigned.
