รายละเอียดงานOur client in Singapore is expanding! They are opening a new branch in Bangkok, Thailand, and are seeking a new team of Managers, Sales, and Operations professionals to join their Global Team in Air Freight and Sea Freight.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to local and overseas shipment inquiries via phone or email.
-Communicate regularly with the head office and overseas agent offices, coordinating and updating shipment statuses.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, NVOCCs, and service providers to foster collaboration.
-Identify and secure new sales opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and scheduling appointments for sales meetings.
-Source rates from airlines and shipping carriers.
-Prepare and submit competitive quotations for cross-trade and international shipments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
-Prepare shipping import/export documentations, customs permits, and declarations.
-Manage Bills of Lading, invoices related to shipment movements with due diligence.
-Be familiar with airline, container line online declarations, and LCL (Less-than-Container Load) shipments.
-Knowledge of shipment storage and stuffing is an advantage.
-Ensure the successful delivery of services that meet customer expectations and comply with standard operating procedures.
-Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
-Process invoices promptly and accurately.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to organizational success.
