รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for managing the production progress of the team, ensuring the production progress and product quality are qualified;
2. Comply with the company and workshop's various rules and regulations and safety requirements, regularly carry out team safety activities and inspections, fulfill safety production responsibilities, and ensure product safety and safe production.
3. Familiar with the production process requirements, process parameters, equipment performance and operation error prevention process of the position, organize on-site process quality execution, basic management inspections, regular and irregular inspections, find problems and organize improvements.
4. Implement the production management system in the team and pay attention to details, organize monthly assessments, attendance-related process approval decisions, and sign and review documents and other applications.
5. Mobilize all employees to improve, continuously improve product quality, and reduce manufacturing costs.
6. Train and guide employees' learning and growth, supervise them to improve their performance, skills, and awareness, identify key employees and carry out talent training, implement and continuously optimize the performance incentive system.
7. Responsible for employee learning and guidance, supervise employees to strictly follow documents and relevant requirements to standardize operations, and ensure 100% execution.
8. Organize team meetings, organize and carry out the management of employees' thoughts and emotions, guide employees to be proactive, convey various information in a timely and accurate manner, and create a harmonious and happy team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Technical College degree or above, with basic Chinese communication skills
- Hardworking and able to coordinate with production work schedule;
- 2 years or more of production site management experience in manufacturing enterprises is preferred
- Priority will be given to candidates with experience in production management in new energy enterprises and related industries;
