รายละเอียดงาน1.Localize group HRMS and make sure of on-time & accurate daily maintenance.
2.Localize group compensation & benefits policies and projects.
3.Conduct the job evaluation and analyze compensation & benefit survey data for Fischer Tech Thailand.
4.Ensure company compliance with national and local laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
5.Monitor monthly payroll & HR Reporting accuracy.
6.Implement the whole recruitment process (pre-communication, advising, interviewing, selecting, reference check, offer, and engagement), leverage the most effective channels on recruitment.
7.Support any other related.
