รายละเอียดงาน1. Master plan management: Based on customer orders and rolling forecasts, output a rolling three-month master plan, decompose manufacturing resources of man, machine, material, method, and environment, and follow up on the timely allocation of resources to meet customer needs;
2. Customer order fulfillment management: receive internal customer sales orders, confirm the order delivery date based on production capacity and material conditions, follow up on production progress, coordinate production exception handling, ensure customer orders are delivered on time, and continuously promote delivery improvement.
3. Material planning management: Based on forecasts and order demands, carry out mid- and long-term material planning, decompose monthly and weekly material demand plans, issue material purchase requisitions through the system, and follow up on material supply plans to ensure that there is no shortage of materials in production;
4. Production plan management: Arrange production plans reasonably according to customer order demand time, production line production capacity, and material supply, and track production execution to ensure that work orders are closed in a timely manner and production delivery meets customer needs.
5. Production and marketing coordination management: Coordinate relevant sales, production, purchasing, and other departments to organize production, supply, and marketing meetings, streamline internal processes, and balance demand and production capacity.
6. Inventory management: analyze and monitor inventory conditions, effectively control inventory, and improve inventory turnover rates.
7. On-site material management: communication, coordination, reporting, and resolution of abnormal matters in warehouses and production lines
