รายละเอียดงาน1. Handle the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure the company’s administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably, and economically.
2. Manage all incoming call both local and international calls to appropriate staff members. Welcome company customer, guests and visitors.
3. Take care of incoming and outgoing mail, parcels both local and oversea.
4. Manage requisition and inventory of stationery and office supplies. Prepare reports and summarize data for inventory of stationery and office supplies.
5. To assist manage car schedule for drivers and messengers to provide efficient services for the company.
6. Managing the payment of travel expenses and corporate members through the relevant system.
7. Coordinate with Office Building for all relevant issues (Maintenance work/parking area, etc.)
8. Coordinate with IT support such as setting up PCs and telephone lines , Prepare office and building entry cards for new staff.
9. Ensure management appointments, meeting schedule, golf booking, air ticket, hotel, traveland accommodation arrangements are properly arranged.
10. Have experience in Visa application and Notify 90 days Notify of foreigners.
11. Coordinate and support, whether it is documents and other related matters between the Factory and the Bangkok office.
12. Have good knowledge and understanding of admin work and can understand some basic HR work.
