• Order Processing: Coordinate order entry, update customer records, and track the sales process to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Customer/Vendor Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, following up on document progress.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align on promotional strategies, product updates, and pricing.
• Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage the administrative duties associated with the sales department, including expense reports, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
