Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, regulations, and best practices, including managing employee contracts, policies, and workplace health and safety.
HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the workforce is capable, motivated, and engaged.
