We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Connoisseurs Lifestyle , authorized distributor of Bric's Milano.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and maintaining our brand presence, both in retail and B2B channels. You will also be responsible for executing short-term and long-term marketing plans, enhancing our store sales, and promoting the brand through various media channels. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand’s growth and development.
**Sale development:**
- Oversee the sales operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase sales and improve store performance.
**Expansion of Point of Sale (POS):**
- Identify and establish new retail and B2B points of sale to expand the brand’s reach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential business partners.
Develop and implement for all launch displays, opening and renovation of counters, and events.
**Marketing Planning:**
- Plan and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement both offline & online.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
**Coordination and Execution:**
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing plans and track their effectiveness to ensure goals are met.
- Prepare internal and external presentation materials and documents (e.g. meeting presentation, sale presentation).
- Manage day-to-day documents and ad hoc tasks
- Monitor on the expenses of activities on related task under job scope
**Social Media Monitoring:**
- Monitoring the brand’s social media platforms to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 22 years or older with good excel skill
- A genuine passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry, with a deep interest in Italian brands.
- Strong multitasking ability with a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a fresh perspective and innovative ideas.
- Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
