5. Maintain and update databases of new, registered, and prospective students.
6. Provide school information to prospective parents and guide them during school tours.
7. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
8. Support the school’s marketing efforts, including managing advertisements and marketing tools.
9. Welcome students at the school entrance according to the assigned schedule.
10. Prepare application kits for prospective families.
11. Perform other administrative duties as required.
