We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee all project aspects in our air fryer manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful execution of new projects, manage delivery timelines, and maintain strict control over Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and Engineering Change Notices (ECN). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1.Project Planning and Execution: oDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones. oEnsure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. 2.New Project Delivery: oCoordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, and purchasing) to ensure smooth project initiation and execution. oMonitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines. 3.ECR/ECN Management: oOversee the review, approval, and implementation of ECRs and ECNs. oEnsure all changes are documented, communicated, and integrated without delays. 4.Stakeholder Communication: oServe as the primary contact for project updates to internal and external stakeholders. oConduct regular project reviews and provide clear status reports. 5.Schedule and Risk Management: oIdentify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. oMaintain strict adherence to production schedules. 6.Performance Monitoring: oTrack project KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals. oDrive continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery. 7.Team Leadership: oLead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability. oProvide guidance, training, and support to team members.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

oMinimum 7 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in home appliances or similar industries).
oBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. oPMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
oStrong leadership and team management capabilities. oProficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). oExceptional organizational and multitasking skills. oExcellent verbal and written communication abilities.
oFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, ECR/ECN workflows, and production schedules. oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
oDetail-oriented, proactive, and result-driven. oAbility to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
oProven track record of delivering complex projects successfully. oStrong understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
