We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize the efficiency of our production lines. The ideal candidate will focus on improving line balancing, reducing manpower requirements, and enhancing overall production efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth operations, reducing waste, and achieving cost-effective manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: 1.Process Optimization: oAnalyze current assembly line processes and identify areas for improvement. oDevelop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. 2.Line Balancing: oPerform time and motion studies to optimize workstation setups. oEnsure balanced workloads across the assembly line to reduce bottlenecks. 3.Manpower Reduction & Automation: oPropose solutions to reduce manual labor through automation or process redesign. oCollaborate with suppliers or technical teams to integrate automated systems. 4.Continuous Improvement: oLead Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to minimize waste. oConduct regular assessments and implement corrective actions. 5.Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): oDevelop and update SOPs for all assembly line processes. oTrain operators and supervisors on new procedures and best practices. 6.Cost Management: oMonitor and control manufacturing costs, focusing on material and labor savings. oCollaborate with procurement and planning teams for efficient resource utilization. 7.Quality Assurance: oWork closely with the quality team to address defects or inconsistencies. oEnsure compliance with ISO and customer-specific standards. 8.Health & Safety Compliance: oImplement safety improvements to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in home appliance assembly or similar industries.
Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong knowledge of assembly line automation and balancing techniques.
Hands-on experience with CAD software and process simulation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
