Objective: Increase CoffeeWORKS roasted coffee, coffee machines, and related B2B products revenue and market share throughout the assigned Thailand eastern seaboard territories.
Core Functions:
Identify, approach, present, and close new CoffeeWORKS product supply to target hotels, offices, coffee shops and restaurants throughout the assigned Thailand Eastern Seaboard territories.
Serve as a product expert for each B2B customer including discovery, cultivation, and business development from initial opportunity through invoice payment.
Establish and manage successful relationships with key points of contact within each B2B customer, including executive level, purchasing, and operating personnel, while understanding and meeting the needs of their decision-making processes
Lead product demonstrations at customer locations and the CoffeeWORKS Pattaya Experience Center
Product sales focus will be CoffeeWORKS roasted coffee blends, Cimbali http://www.cimbali.com, Astoria STORM https://www.barista-attitude.com, CREM https://www.crem.coffee/Products/Filter-Manual, DrCoffee https://www.dr-coffeeglobal.com, Giffard http://www.giffard.com/en/, and Cafetto http://www.cafetto.com. New product brands may become available for future offerings to sell.
Use CoffeeWORKS selling tools to professionally communicate and lead prospective customers to our value-added commercial coffee solutions for their businesses.
Use the company’s ERP/CRM (Odoo.com) system to monitor and assure monthly recurring product orders are achieved, and where possible exceeded at each customer account.
Participate in relevant food & beverage/hospitality related associations as assigned.
