รายละเอียดงาน
- Response to customer with first response to any technical problems with our products.
- Provides products, servicing training to customers
- Drive and Coordinate product qualification and ensure smooth phase-in customer production line
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma/Degree in Electronic/Mechanical or Any Science Discipline.
- Hand on experience in IC Test Socket and Probe pin installation
- Experience in IC Test Handler machine operation is added advantage
- Knowledge on Semiconductor Back end process such as testing line will be a strong advantage
- Good problem solving skills and analytical mind set. Ability to identifying root cause, opportunity for improvement and provide recommendation with constructive Engineering report.
- Self-driven, independent with ability to complete assign task with minimum supervision
- Willingly to work hard and flexible hours.
- More than 5 years working experience on related field
- Attractive basic pay with Allowance
- Health insurance Provided
