- Handle overall loops in HR and General Administration tasks in office.
- Handling Welfare & Benefits for all staffs, claim, insurance, SSO, provident fund, time attendance, management reporting.
- Facilitate visa and work permit applications for foreign staff.
- Training support, manage company events.
- Handling office admin tasks, handle office supplies & office maintenance, purchasing office suppliers.
- Other tasks assigned by president.
HR Manager
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive company growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues and decisions.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to ensure the company has the right talent to meet strategic objectives.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Recruitment:
- Develop recruitment plans and strategies according to the company's business needs and be responsible for recruiting various talents.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee appraisals.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development for employees.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Lead the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze compensation trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay up to date with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices, and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Provide guidance on legal and compliance matters.
