รายละเอียดงาน
**Outsource (Contact 1 Year/Renew)**
1. Provide guidance and technical term support to the team members, ensuring that the operations work properly.
2. Collaborate with various teams such as development team, infrastructure team to ensure alignment and effective integration of infrastructure components. (Cross function and multitasking)
3. Lead infrastructure projects, coordinating with stakeholders, defining project scopes, schedules, allocating resources ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines & budget constraints.
4. Analyze infrastructure requirements, evaluate system capacity, and make recommendations for hardware, software, and network resources to support business growth.
5. Maintain documentation related to infrastructure design , configuration, security policies, incident response plans, procedures, troubleshooting guides, prepare regular reports on infrastructure performance, capacity and security metrics utilization.
6. Monitor the performance and availability of infrastructure components using various monitoring tools.
7. Proactive problem solving, troubleshoot system failures, and optimize performance to minimize downtime and disruptions.
8. Oversee HCI VxRail and NetApp data storage high availability of services.
9. Oversee all server/backup and restore meet service level agreement (SLA)
10. Analyze problem, monitoring, reporting all server/backup and restore data.
11. IT operation to comply SOX, Honda Policy, GITSP, GCP, GPP
12. Hardening security, IIS services, SQL Server, AS400 basis
13. Access logged review and reporting daily, weekly monthly regularly.
14. Experience in IT server administrator’s roles related at least 3-4 year or above.
15. DevOps and application performance monitoring skill will be advantage
16. Data center and data recovery migration experience will be advantage
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Engineer / Computer Science / Information Technology หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 10 ปี ในการปฏิบัติงาน infrastructure หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SOX, ธุรกิจเช่าซื้อ
- มีความเข้าใจ Windows Server, AS400, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, AD, Radius, Firewall, Server, Router, Network, VPN, WAN, WLAN, VMWare, SAN, DLP, Antivirus, Endpoint Control
- มีความเข้าใจ มีประสบการณ์ในการ Backup/Restore (Symantec, EMC, Veritas, Acronis, Arc Server
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำ Hardening Security, IIS, SQL Server, EDI, E-Doc, CRM, Telephony, VoIP
- มีความสามารถจัดทำเอกสาร วิเคราะห์และนำเสนอโครงการได้ Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) และ HA
