- Provide SAP L1 coordination and support to business end-users.
- Collaborate with the above-market IT team (offshore) to resolve issues.
- Provide language translation support (TH-EN) between end-users and the above-market IT team (offshore), if needed.
- Deep understanding and extensive experience with SAP system functionalities, master/transactional data, and system integration across modules.
- Proven track record in SAP implementation projects and sustaining support.
- Hands-on experience in providing Level 1 (L1) support to end-users in Finance functions.
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and their integration with SAP systems.
- Good communication skills in both English and Thai.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP System
- SAP System Knowledge: Deep understanding and extensive experience with SAP system functionalities, SAP and master/transactional data, and system integration across modules
- SAP Implementation Experience: Proven track record in SAP implementation projects and sustain supports. Hands-on experience providing Level 1 (L1) support to end-users in Finance function
- Finance Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance business processes and end-to-end integration with SAP systems
- Communication Skills: Good communication in English and Thai
