•Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects by providing administrative and operational support to project managers and teams.
•Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project activities.
•Coordinate with procurement on major equipment shipment & transportation and BOI related activities.
•Ensure project administrative documentations are maintained per Ansell company guidelines.
•Support project team members and visitors as needed (travel arrangements, invitation/visa letters, arrange security/camera passes, etc).
•Support project engineers to do goods receipts including documentation works.
•Manage all project related office facilities, office supplies, PPE, etc.
•Develop and present reports on project status, costs, and outcomes to management.
•Manage and track inventory and ensure availability of critical spare parts.
•Assist in procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
•Support budget planning and cost control of the projects.
