รายละเอียดงาน
- Conduct quality audit on plastic part based on specified criteria and record result digitally and manually
- Ability to use various types of gauges and measuring equipment, including CMM and vision measuring machine
- Ability to read and interpret drawing, including geometric dimentioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- General Administration: Prepare report, ensure all quality records are up to date and filled correctly. General filing, data entry and other various office types task
- Train Machine operator on quality standard and applicable procedures; ensure enforcement of procedure and policies
- Must wear PPE and follow all specified guideline
- Participate in new product introduction team
- Participate in countinous improvement activities
- Familiar with ISO system
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, above 25 years old
- Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management system is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Inventory management system an asset.
- Knowledge of Imperial and Metric system.
- Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
- Experience with measuring devices (Verniers, micrometers, etc) is an asset.
- Good attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
