Kaizen and Lean Center Officer 1. Management and monitoring to ensure effective follow up as task plan. 2. Promotion of Idea Suggestion and Kaizen to achieve target. 3. Improve workflow. Based on the lean process. Basic. 4. Function check. And documents. The system according to ISO9001 and ISO45001 ISO27001 ISO14001 and WI&WP documentation of the agency itself. 5. Trainer Lean Manufacturing basic for new employee of company 6. Behave be formed as good, and follow regulation of a company 7. Create and update news about Kaizen activities both outside the organization and within the organization. 8. Go to working place (GEMBA) for Counseling for Idea Suggestion and Kaizen. Project Control & KD Claim Officer 1) Control R/package privilege and monitor previlege that any register item will be expired. 2) Control R/package Qty in pipeline. 3) Follow R/package from customer to arrange shipment back to Thailand to avoid R/package shortage. 4) Follow R/package hadling invoice from customer and check the accuracy of invoice. 5) Calculate the R/package Qty per lot to suitable with R/package in pipeline 6) Any assignment related with R/package and others Logistics Officer (Rayong and Chonburi) 1. Operation & Shipment Planning for RORO/ Cross border / Bulk / Vanning export mode to achieve customer export targets. 2. Monitoring Check & Improve WMS system makes sure system operates smoothly. 3. Inventory Control Monthly Check & Report. 4. Cooperate with the internal – external department concern. 5. Understanding Logistics procedures. 6. Basics understanding & comply with ISO, Freezone regulation. 7. Quality, Safety, Delivery control by daily check. 8. Monitoring and controlling both Material & Consumable items. 9. Check & Issue invoice monthly. 10. Monthly, Weekly report for customer & management level. 11. Response to customer prompt inquiry to achieve customer satisfaction 12. Act as Safety Officer Supervisor Level, conducting risk assessments and responding incident and ta
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. 1. Kaizen and Lean Center Officer
  2. 1.1 Bachelor's degree in Engineering ,Industrial engineer or relating level if directly experiences.
  3. 1.2 Experience in productivity improvement activities such as Lean, Kaizen, QCC etc. (Consider special)
  4. 1.3 Can use of Microsoft office program, Presentration skill , media skill such as Poster,Journal, Short video clips
  5. 1.4 The communication skill and presentation those internal or external customer, in the meeting.
  6. 1.5 TOEIC test score 350 up (or can use English to communicate and pass the company's test.).
  7. 1.6 Welcome new graduates.

  9. 2. Project Control & KD Claim Officer
  10. 2.1 Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics Management, Supply Chain and Logistics ,Statistics, Economic or related field.
  11. 2.2 At least 1 - 3 years of experience in related fields: Logistics, and Data analysis.
  12. 2.3 Good command English spoken , written ,read. Able to report in English and Oversea customer meeting.
  13. 2.4 Good analytical skill and Problem-solving skill, self-motivated, Ms. Office.
  14. 2.5 TOEIC test score 550 up

  16. 3. Logistics Office (Rayong and Chonburi)
  17. 3.1 Bachelor degree Logistics or Industrial engineering / Age 24 - 30
  18. 3.2 Knowledge and skill : English skill, Logistics and Warehouse management, ISO, Planning skill
  19. 3.3 Experience 1 Year up logistics , ISO QES knowledge or internal auditor
  20. 3.4 Good english or Japanese , good MS excel formula use, good relation
