รายละเอียดงาน
•Maintain and responsibilities according to defined announcement by Thai safety, Occupational health and Environment Law.
•Provide advice and recommendations to management on compliance with safety laws.
•Setting KPI target and safety plan to support company policy.
•Manage, monitor, control and coach safety officers in your team to achieve company target.
•Management and planning of Safety and employee’s health activities.
•Control, monitor and promote safety activities such as KYT, Safety Patrol ,5S etc.
•Monitor risk of accident and environment in the warehouse and analyze problems of accident and environment.
•Meeting with Safety committee and Safety team for reduce number of injuries and accident, enhance the corrective and preventive actions.
•Implement safety and environmental regulation or standard for workplace.
•Improving the occupational health and safety management system.
•Control the risk assessment of the warehouse and workplace.
•Control and management of Safety training activity
•Support all activities for safety, quality, audit and ISO9001
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 35 years and up.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupation Health and Safety
- At least 10 years of experiences in Safety in Factory
- At least 3 years in supervisory position
- Must be able to communicate in English for work
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in overseeing warehouse safety work and/or vehicle part will be given special consideration.
- Proficient in computer use (Word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
