รายละเอียดงาน
• Planning and organizing monthly production schedule by following company’s strategy and client’s request. • Analyze and manage production control activities to improve all process and run time. • Keep standard of ISO 9001. • Manage cost of production and material. • Put proper manpower in production line. • Control and determine production standards and product quality on basis of company strategy. • Make a plan for training, monthly action for other staff. • Supervise the working performance of subordinates. • Making a report to Japanese Director by Japanese language. • Other tasks as assigned. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : Conversational Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: Average 5 times per year)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 35-45 years
  2. Male / Female
  3. Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
  4. Have working experience about production control at least 10 years in any manufacturing industry
  5. Have management experience about production control at least 3 years as Production Assistant Manager or higher in any manufacturing industry
  6. Conversational high - business level of Japanese (must have JLPT N3-N1)
  7. Conversational daily - middle level of English
  8. Have knowledge about ISO 9001
  9. Willing to work in small company
  10. Not job hopper
  11. Have working experience about Slitting machine is preferable.
  12. Have working experience about QA, QC in any manufacturing industry is preferable.
  13. Have knowledge about IATF 16949 is preferable.
  14. Have working experience in Japanese small company before is preferable.
