รายละเอียดงาน
1) RM sourcing, negotiate, and purchase raw meat in order to secure sufficient raw meat supply to meet ABC Sale and production requirement
2) Lead team to ensure in term of RM quality and quantity (supply, price etc.)
3) Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers to provide effective support to the business, enhancing profitability to the company
4) Cost management and budget control
5) Support for development and implement of new product development to add more value to ABC products in order to generate more business opportunities for the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in raw meat purchasing preferred
- Strong understanding of raw meat purchasing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and leadership of team
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and system
- Ability to work with technical teams to develop and implement new raw materials specifications
