Tasks & responsibilities
- Control ,Investigate and verify issues, perform preliminary problem-solving actions upon receiving quality complaints related to raw materials or parts.
- Notify suppliers of issues, request corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on the results of these actions.
- Oversee the preparation of requests for corrective and preventive actions from suppliers.
- Collaborate with relevant departments in planning, developing, and controlling the quality of new products from suppliers and Nut - Re-grade inspection process.
- Review, verify, and present documents such as PPAP and Waivers for approval by the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Execute the department's action plans to achieve the quality objectives (Key Measurable) set for the department/area.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Supplier quality assurance or direct experience in the relevant field.
- Familiarity with APQP, MSA, and quality control standards.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in problem-solving methodologies, such as Why-Why Analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate in English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher being a plus
