รายละเอียดงาน•The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in sampling and testing of raw materials, water, steam, in process samples, finished product
•Hands on experience in analytical methods like protein estimation, enzyme assay, HPLC, SDS Gel, UV, cell density, etc.
•Responsible for maintenance and smooth operation of QC lab equipment like pH meter, conductivity meter, weighing balance, Spectrophotometer, Calorimeter, HPLC, SDS Gel analyzer, etc.
•Prepare/Review analytical reports, SOPs (standard operating procedures) and Checklists required for the inoculum preparation and related analytics.
•Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and adherence to quality standards.
•Preparation of validation documents in coordination with cross functional team.
•Follow cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) & GLP (good laboratory practices) procedures and safety regulations in the lab
•Work closely with other departments, such as Production, R&D, and Engineering, to ensure quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of the fermentation process.
