We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales of Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) tires in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be a Thai national with a proven track record in tire sales. Proficiency in Chinese or English will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for TBR tires in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on market performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Thai national with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tire sales, preferably in TBR tires.
- Strong understanding of the tire market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
