Sales Specialist – HR and Payroll Outsourcing Services
Position Title: Sales Specialist – HR and Payroll Outsourcing Services
Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Location: Lumpini, BTS Rachadamri
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on the growth and expansion of our HR and Payroll Outsourcing services. This role will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably within HR, payroll, or outsourcing industries, and will be adept at understanding client needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients within various industries that could benefit from HR and payroll outsourcing services.
Research and build a pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities for service offerings.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
Understand clients' business needs and tailor HR and payroll outsourcing solutions to address those needs.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (virtual and in-person).
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Prepare and present customized proposals, pricing models, and contracts for prospective clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the benefits and value proposition of our HR and payroll out
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in HR outsourcing, payroll services, or B2B sales within a service-based industry.
- Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and outsourcing processes and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand clients’ needs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools.
