Your Role:
Land Scouting: Actively seek out off-market properties and connect with potential landlords.
Online Hunting: Scour online listings and reach out to real estate agents.
Networking: Contact at least 30 landlords/agents weekly to arrange meetings.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange at least 10 meetings per week between me and potential landlords/agents and interpret during meetings.
Deal Closing: Follow up with landlords/agents to ensure deals progress smoothly.
Other Tasks: Assist with various purchasing-related tasks.
What I Offer:
Competitive Compensation: A monthly salary of 10,000 thb, paid weekly, plus performance-based incentives.
Rewarding Incentives: Earn 100 thb for each promising land lead that results in a meeting.
Significant Bonuses: Receive a 2-month bonus upon successful land acquisition.

- Language Skills: Fluent English and native Thai speaker.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate market.
- Mobility: Valid scooter license and own scooter.
