2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams at the factory to coordinate the order process, including receiving and confirming orders, sending samples, arranging production, inspection, and shipment, and updating clients on the order's progress in a timely manner.
3. Seek new clients, establish and maintain good client relationships, conduct market research, understand client needs, and provide relevant product and service recommendations.
4. Develop sales plans and strategies, participate in exhibitions and business negotiations, promote company products and services, and achieve sales targets.
5. Provide timely product quotations based on client needs and market conditions, negotiate contract terms and prices with clients, and ensure the signing and execution of contracts.
6. Understand international trade laws, regulations, and trade terms, assist clients with customs clearance, inspection, and shipping procedures, handle payment and settlement matters, and notify clients when goods are shipped.
7. Coordinate and cooperate with internal departments such as production, quality inspection, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
8. After goods are shipped, promptly notify clients, maintain a record, and follow up on client payments according to the contract terms.
