Job Responsibilities: 1.Primarily responsible for hosting group broadcasts, setting the atmosphere, and controlling the live stream’s pace. No need to appear on camera. Regularly release live program previews. 2.Maintain order, engage the audience, and maintain key clients, focusing on guiding votes while managing. 3.Prepare for live broadcasts, including equipment setup, song lists, and props. 4.Maintain interaction during broadcasts to increase fan engagement, boost live broadcast popularity, and manage fans. Review each live broadcast to improve and optimize. •Working Hours: 12:00-19:00, 19:00-24:00 (with the group).

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Friendly and charismatic.
Prior hosting experience preferred, with knowledge of live broadcast processes and techniques.
Strong teamwork and sense of responsibility.
High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and strong logical abilities.
Experience leading teams is a plus.
