Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development.
Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performance issues and employee development.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Manage employee benefits enrollment, inquiries, and claims resolution.
Conduct regular compensation reviews and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Develop and implement workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
Develop and deliver HR-related training sessions for staff and management.
HR Strategy:
Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
