We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the online presence and sales growth of our brand primarily through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Lemon8 platforms. Your role will involve content planning, execution, and optimization of Ads to maximize reach and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. You will also be responsible for SEO ranking strategies and monitoring digital marketing metrics to ensure the performance of all campaigns. From ideation to execution, you will play a hands-on role in every step of the content creation process.
Main Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy:
Create and post diverse content (captions, blogs, videos, infographics) for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Lemon8.
Align content with marketing goals and brand messaging, in collaboration with the CEO.
Manage content calendar for timely, engaging posts.
Ad Optimization & Performance:
Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns and regularly monitor ad performance to improve ad effectiveness.
Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, track, and report KPIs including engagement rates, reach, conversion rates, ROI, CPC, CPM and other relevant digital marketing metrics.
Use analytics tools to assess performance and provide actionable insights.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on trends and platform changes.
Monitor competitors and market shifts for opportunities and challenges.
SEO Ranking & Optimization:
Implement SEO strategies to boost brand visibility.
Use trending keywords and hashtags to increase organic reach.
