The Project Manager at Noma-Corp will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all cosmetic packaging solutions meet client specifications and are delivered on time. You will manage project timelines, coordinate with suppliers, oversee production processes, and resolve any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
•Project Coordination
Manage all stages of the project, from planning to delivery, making sure everything is finished on time and meets the client’s needs.
•Client Communication & Relationship Management
Be the main contact for clients, answering questions, setting expectations, and providing updates on the project.
•Issue Resolution
Handle any service problems or claims, understand client concerns, find out what went wrong, and offer solutions.
•Supplier and Team Management
Work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to make sure all materials and resources are ready and delivered on time.
•Project Planning & Budgeting
Create detailed plans for the project, including budgets, timelines, and how resources will be used, while keeping the project within budget.
•Quality Control
Ensure that packaging products meet the required quality and client standards.
•Risk Management
Spot potential problems before they happen and create plans to avoid them, keeping the project on track.
•Data and Reporting
Analyze how the project is performing, create reports, and make sure data is accurate for tracking and decisions.
•Product & Market Research
Keep up with trends in the packaging industry, researching new products and ideas to help improve our offerings.
