Overview: Noma-Corp is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Quality Control & Sample Verification Specialist to oversee the quality and consistency of our products. This role will ensure that products ordered by clients meet the specifications provided, specifically by comparing preproduction samples with the mass production samples. The primary goal is to prevent any discrepancies that might lead to client complaints or claims, allowing the project manager to focus on other aspects of the project. This role may also require travel to factories to conduct sample inspections on-site when necessary. Key Responsibilities: •Sample Verification Compare preproduction samples to mass production samples to ensure they meet specifications (design, quality, colors, labels, etc.). •Factory Travel Travel to factories (domestic/international) to inspect and approve samples on-site when needed. •Quality Control Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Noma-Corp’s quality standards before shipment. •Client Order Checks Work with the project manager to confirm client orders and ensure the final product matches client specifications. •Communication Serve as the main contact for sample/product quality issues, updating the project manager regularly. •Documentation Document inspection findings and report any issues to the production and design teams. •Issue Resolution Help resolve sample or product quality issues and assist with client complaints or claims. •Continuous Improvement Provide feedback on quality issues and suggest improvements to the quality control process.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree
Good English language skills for effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to identify issues early in the production process and suggest practical solutions.
Willingness to travel to factories (domestic or international) as required for sample inspections and quality checks.
Chinese language skills will be a special consideration.
