The Technical Support Engineer serves as a technical expert providing support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering consultancy on the company’s products and solutions. Additionally, this role involves system testing to ensure that products meet customer requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support to Customers
- Provide technical consultation and resolve issues related to the company’s products.
- Assist customers with the installation and customization of products to meet their specific needs.
2. Analyze and Understand Customer Requirements
- Study and evaluate the unique requirements of customers.
- Recommend suitable solutions and suggest product modifications to align with customer needs.
3. Product Training and Presentation
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage.
- Present products at trade shows, conferences, and other events.
4. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with Research and Development (R&D), Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Relay customer feedback and suggestions to aid in product development.
5. System Testing and Product Evaluation
- Inspect and assess the performance of products in real-world environments.
- Conduct system testing to ensure products function correctly and efficiently.
- Report test results and propose improvements as necessary.
