คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Degree:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai and English is required, familiarity with Chinese is a plus.
HR Management: Familiar with HR functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
Labor Law and Compliance: Knowledge of Thai labor laws and foreign employee management policies to ensure legal and compliant employment practices.
Software Proficiency:Skilled in using HR management systems(e.g,.ERP…) and common office software(e.g., Excel,Word,PPT)
Relevant Experience: At least 2~3 years of HR experience, mid-to-senior roles may require over 5 years of experience. Industry experience: Preferred experience in industries such ad manufacturing, finance or technology.

Cross- Cultural Communication: Experience working with employees from different countries or in multinational companies is a plus.
Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Problem-Solving: Capable of handling complex issues such ad employee relations and performance disputes with flexibility.
Organization and coordination: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Learning Agility: Quick to adapt to new policies, processes, and cultural environments.
Recruitment Channel Familiarity: Knowledge of local recruitment platforms in Thailand.
Foreign Enterprise Experience: Experience in foreign companies with an understanding of international HR management.
