รายละเอียดงาน
Thailand hotels, attractions & tours contracting, negotiations & relationship management.
Manage Hotels, Attractions Contracts and data in secured manner.
Prepare & Updating the hotel rates & promotions, stop sales, offer in Hotel tariff sheet as well as Non-Hotels tariff sheet
Market & competition analysis. Hotel comparison with OTA & competitors.
Managing OTA logins.
Negotiate rates and promotions from Hotels
Helping Team to get quick reply from hotels on time to time basis.
Training team on hotel part hotel rooming, occupancy, offers and promotions.
Managing the data of luxury hotels, villas, apartments.
Other Assignments subject to requirements on basis of skill.
Relationship with Hotels GM, DOS, Reservations
Follow up with hotels for better rates, doing rate comparisons
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduate & above, sound knowledge about Thailand tourist places
- Fluent English Speaking & Written Communication skill with a passion for customer service Support
- Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, Office, MS Excel, Google Sheet, Google Drive
- Have personal Laptop / Desktop under workable condition (Must)
- Ready to take the challenges in Contracting & Product development
- Fast learner and passion for tourism operations
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Planning efficiently while avoiding analysis paralysis
- Interactive and good at probing, respect time management
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts for guest call attending
- Make timely, practical, effective decisions
- To take initiative without being asked as per KRA
