Maintenance Manager - Beverage

รายละเอียดงาน
Oversee all aspects of plant engineering and maintenance:
•Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all production equipment (including but not limited to filling lines, packaging machines, boilers, chillers, refrigeration systems, and utilities).
•Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring their training, development, and performance.
•Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and consumables.
•Supervise all maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
Ensure the safety and reliability of production processes:
•Conduct regular safety inspections and implement safety protocols to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., OSHA, FDA).
•Monitor and optimize production line performance to maximize output and minimize downtime.
•Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
•Oversee the implementation of new equipment and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage aseptic and pasteurization processes:
•Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of aseptic filling lines and pasteurization units.
•Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination.
•Monitor and control process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) to ensure product quality and safety.
•Investigate and address any deviations from aseptic and pasteurization standards.
Project Management:
•Lead and manage capital improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, facility expansions, and energy efficiency initiatives.
•Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and capital projects.
•Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Continuous Improvement:
•Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in plant operations, maintenance, and safety.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on food and beverage processing
- Proven track record in managing aseptic and pasteurization processes.
- Strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Experience with PLC systems, instrumentation, and process control systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
