1. Tax and Accounting Documentation Management
- File VAT (Value Added Tax) for purchases and sales accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports, such as PND 1, PND 1K, PND 3, PND 50, PND 51, and PND 53.
- Prepare and file annual corporate income tax reports.
- Prepare year-end financial statements and file related tax reports for the company.
- Handle and submit personal income tax reports for executives.
- Manage all company-related documents.
2. Financial and Accounting Documentation Management
- Prepare financial documents such as quotations, invoices, receipts, and withholding tax certificates.
- Record income and expenses accurately and promptly in the Flow Account system.
- Follow up on customer payments and provide payment status reports.
- Manage monthly income and expenses, and prepare monthly expense summaries.
- Monitor and control petty cash transactions.
- Record and organize accounting data systematically and accurately.
3. Social Security Administration
- Manage and file employee social security contributions accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with the Social Security Office regarding any updates or claims.
