1.Strategic Planning: -Assist in the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans. -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. 2.Data Analysis and Reporting: -Gather, process, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights. -Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management. -Monitor KPIs and evaluate the success of implemented strategies. 3.Forecasting and Budgeting: -Work with finance and other departments to create accurate forecasts and budgets. -Analyze variances between budgets and actuals, providing actionable recommendations. 4.Project Coordination: -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor initiatives aligned with strategic goals. -Track the progress of projects and ensure timely completion within allocated budgets. 5.Policy and Process Improvement: -Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements to optimize resource use. -Develop guidelines and policies to enhance organizational performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  2. A Master’s degree (MBA, Economics, or similar) is an added advantage
  3. At least 3–5 years of experience in planning, data analysis, or a similar role
  4. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, forecasting, or budgeting
  5. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  6. Familiarity with statistical and financial modeling techniques
  7. Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  10. High attention to detail and organizational skills
  11. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  12. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  13. Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP).
  14. Project Management Professional (PMP)
  15. Data Analytics or Finance certifications (e.g., CFA, CIMA)
